How CES collects, uses and protects personal information when you use this website or contact us.

Who we are
This website is operated by Complete Enterprise Solutions (“CES”, “we”, “us”). CES is a group of companies with operations in Mozambique, Namibia, Zambia and South Africa, and group offices in Mauritius and the United Arab Emirates.
When you contact us or apply for a role, the CES company in the country your enquiry relates to is responsible for your personal information. Where an enquiry covers more than one country, the CES companies involved share that responsibility.
What we collect
We only collect personal information that you choose to give us, or that is needed to run the website securely:
- Enquiries: your name, organisation, email address, phone number (optional), the country your enquiry relates to, the area you need help with and your message.
- Job applications: your name, email address, country of interest, area of expertise, your CV and any message you include.
- Technical information: your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, which our hosting and security providers process to deliver the site and protect it from attack.
We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell personal information.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and put you in touch with the right team.
- To provide services you ask for, and to manage our relationship with you if you are, or become, a client.
- To assess job applications and contact candidates.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
- To meet our legal, regulatory, tax and audit obligations.
We rely on your consent when you submit a form, on steps needed to enter into or perform a contract with you, on our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business, and on legal obligations, as applicable in each country.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where needed for the purposes above:
- Other CES group companies, where your enquiry or application involves them.
- Service providers who host and protect the website (Cloudflare) and provide email and business systems for us, under contracts that require them to protect your information and use it only on our instructions.
- Professional advisers, auditors, regulators or law enforcement, where the law requires it.
International transfers
Because CES operates across several countries and uses international cloud providers, your information may be processed outside the country where you are. When this happens we take reasonable steps to make sure it receives a level of protection consistent with this policy and with the data protection laws that apply to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and then for the period required by law. We keep CVs from unsuccessful applicants for up to 12 months so we can consider you for other roles, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
How we protect it
Information security is central to what we do. CES is certified to ISO/IEC 27001, and we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, including South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act, Zambia’s Data Protection Act and Mauritius’ Data Protection Act, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you and request a copy;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent you have given;
- complain to the data protection authority in your country.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using our contact form and choose the country your request relates to. We will respond within the time required by law.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
